Need a ride to a medical appointment?

VTV is getting ready to help. We're a new non-emergency medical transportation service for West Virginia. If you or a family member needs a ride to a doctor's office, dialysis, therapy, or a follow-up visit, this is the place.

Phone line not live yet

Our phone line goes live the day our PSC certificate clears. Until then, please use the request form below and a real person will call you back at launch.

Who we serve

Veterans first, everyone welcome

  • Veterans. We're building VTV around the needs of West Virginia veterans first. We plan to coordinate with VA travel pay and Veteran Transportation Service programs once we're live so you don't get stuck between agencies.
  • Anyone who needs a non-emergency medical ride. Medicaid members, private pay, dialysis patients, wheelchair users, seniors, and families arranging rides for loved ones. If it's a scheduled medical appointment, we want to be your first call.
  • Wheelchair-accessible. Our planned fleet includes ADA-compliant vans with wheelchair lifts. You will not have to transfer.
What to expect

Plain and honest

  • · Rides scheduled ahead of time. Same-day requests once dispatch is staffed.
  • · A driver who helps you from door to door, not just curb to curb.
  • · No surprise pricing. We publish rates when the PSC certificate is issued.
  • · A person answers the phone. We do not use phone trees.

Tell us what you need

This is not a booking system yet. It's a way to hold your request safely so a person can follow up as soon as we're operating. Nothing you send is shared or sold.

We do not have a dispatcher on staff yet. Requests are held safely and answered by a person as soon as VTV goes live.
